Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Alisa. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping policy for Alisa sold products.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. In the event of a promotion or holiday, this may result in a delay in shipment. Customized items or wholesale orders will have a shipping time confirmed prior to the order. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Economy Shipping
Estimated delivery time is 30-60 days. It is shipped via Postal Small Parcel. -
Standard Shipping
The estimated delivery time is 8-20 days. It is delivered via USPS, DPD, Sagawa, Correios, GLS, DHL eCommerce and other couriers. -
Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery time is 5-15 days. It ships via DHL, UPS, FedEx, ARAMEX. If you are located in a remote area, we charge an additional Remote Area Service Fee. Due to the high number of remote locations, this is not included in our shipping rates, so you will need to pay an additional $66 for the Remote Area Service Fee. Sea or Rail Shipping
Our sea or rail transportation services offer economical transportation solutions. Parcels are first shipped by sea and then cleared at the destination customs by a specialized customs clearance company and customs duties paid (customs duties are included in the shipping cost). Please note that we fill in the tracking number of the courier company in the country of destination, so the tracking information may not be updated during the initial ocean shipping period (usually 40-60 days). However, once the package is handed over to the local courier, the tracking information will start to be updated. The local courier company usually completes the delivery within 5-10 days. -
Professional Shipping
Our professional transportation service provides a safe and fast solution. Parcels are first shipped by air and then cleared by a professional customs clearance company at the destination customs office with payment of customs duties (duties are included in the shipping cost). Please note that we provide the tracking number of the courier company in the destination country, so the tracking information of the destination courier company may not be updated during the period of air shipment and waiting for customs clearance (usually 5-8 days) (but you can check the location of the parcel via http://119.29.75.49:8082/trackIndex.htm). However, once the package is handed over to the local courier company, the tracking information of the destination country courier company will start to update. The local courier company will usually complete the delivery within 5-10 days.
Customs duties or value-added tax
When the shipping service chosen does not include a duty-free policy, the buyer is responsible for the customs duties or VAT in their country. We usually assist in reducing the declared value of the merchandise on the package to minimize customs duties. For example, for an item valued at $300, we will reduce the declared value to around $100, which usually equates to 20-30% of the actual value. As a result, the duty usually does not exceed 30% of the declared value, which is around $20-$30 USD and varies from country to country.

Customs Clearance Procedures
If you choose Expedited Shipping, the recipient will usually be contacted by customs officers to request the necessary information for customs clearance. We strongly recommend that you actively cooperate with customs to ensure that the parcel can be cleared and delivered to its destination in time.
Please note that if the recipient refuses to cooperate with customs clearance procedures, the following consequences may result:
Parcel return: Customs has the right to return the parcel to the place of dispatch. This will incur round-trip shipping costs as well as import customs duties, which may exceed the actual value of the merchandise.
Destruction by Customs: If the recipient refuses to go through the formalities, Customs may choose to destroy the parcel.
Please note that it is the recipient's responsibility and obligation to go through customs clearance procedures. In order to avoid unnecessary trouble and expense, please make sure to cooperate with customs and provide the required information as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of the recipient's non-cooperation or refusal to go through customs clearance procedures and cannot provide any form of refund or compensation.
Shipping insurance
When submitting a parcel damage or loss report, please make sure to describe the incident in detail and include relevant evidence, such as photos or videos. This information is critical to the investigation and processing of your claim request.
You can choose to submit your claim directly to the shipping provider, or you can instruct us to make a claim on your behalf. Either way, we will do our best to resolve the issue for you and obtain the appropriate compensation.
It is important to note that economy transportation services do not usually include insurance services. Therefore, if you choose Economy Shipping, you will have to bear all the risks and losses in case of loss or damage of your parcel.
Replacement or refund of your parcel will be made only after the courier company has successfully investigated and confirmed your parcel loss or damage claim. Therefore, submitting a damage report in a timely manner and actively cooperating with the investigation are key steps in resolving the issue.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
After an order is shipped or processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will take effect within 24-72 hours.
