Field of Application: Ideal for pressure polymerization of cold-curing resins, such as dentures, bite guard splints, and orthodontic appliances.

Features:

  • Air Pressure Regulator: Equipped with an air pressure regulator for easy monitoring, adjustment, and setting of air pressure (psi) directly from the air valve. Ensures better control, accuracy, and maintains the required air pressure throughout the curing process.
  • Pressure Maintenance: Capable of maintaining air pressure (psi) for extended periods, including hours or days. The regulator will automatically adjust to maintain the predetermined air pressure if it drops, ensuring high-quality final products.

Package Includes:

  • 6-quart dental pressure tank with lid
  • Lid gasket
  • Adjustable air pressure regulator with 1/4 inch male quick-release connector and barometer
  • Air pressure relief valve
  • Safety overpressure window on the lid side

Instructions:

Warnings:

  1. Do not place the pressure pot with the lid on a stove or high-temperature areas.
  2. Avoid heat pressurization when there is air pressure inside.
  3. Do not exceed 30Psi of air pressure.
  4. Handle with care during use.
  5. Do not open the lid while there is air pressure inside.

Usage Steps:

  1. Adjust the Air Pressure Valve: Turn the valve counterclockwise to stop and clockwise to increase pressure. Connect the quick coupling device to the pressure cooker and compressor.
  2. Fill with Water: Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pressure pot and heat to a suitable temperature without the lid.
  3. Add Materials: Remove the pot from the stove, place materials inside, and securely cover the lid.
  4. Secure the Lid: Align the arrows on the handles, press down the lid, and turn the handles towards each other until closed.
  5. Set Air Pressure: Adjust the valve to achieve the desired air pressure. Do not exceed 30Psi. Release air pressure using the red button if necessary.
  6. Curing Process: Allow the device to operate for the manufacturer's recommended time.
  7. Release Pressure: Turn the valve counterclockwise or press the red button to release air pressure before opening the lid.
  8. After Use: Ensure the red button is fully lowered before opening the lid. Disconnect hoses, clean the tank, and repeat as needed.

Note: For models with an adjustment and auxiliary pressure gauge, the second gauge ensures the accuracy of the pressure readings within the pot.
