1.Must exit the antivirus software and delete all other quantum software installed in the computer before installation

2.Run the software as administrator when installing

3.If the window show" Can not find the encription key" when opening the software, pls restart the computer.

Working conditions:

Works on all windows including windows XP, win7,win8,win10

How to save file of reports:

The file of reports must be saved in default disk(disk C).
