2. Press 0 the power button, indicator light on and machine start work; press the power button again, indicator light off and machine stop working.
3. Press "+" "." to adjust the massage strength, total 20 levels strength, adjust to desirable level in which you feel comfortable according to individual need.
4. Press A button start automatic mode, can not use "+""-" button to adjust it, press A button again turn off the automatic mode.
5. Do not use it in one place for a long time, we suggest to use it for 15 minutes per time. It will automatically shut down after 15 minutes.
6. Please drink a cup of water to promote metabolism after use.
