Operating instructions for mixed light mode

What are the benefits of LED masks?

How long will it take to see results?
If you're looking to see an instant improvement, at-home LED light therapy probably isn't for you. Remember what I said about these gadgets not being nearly as powerful as an in-office treatment? You'll likely have to wait a minimum of four to six weeks, or longer, to notice any visible skin improvements. "Make sure you are the type of person who will be consistent with using it because it won't do any good otherwise," adds Dr. Kim.
Who can use an LED face mask?
While the treatment is non-invasive and suitable for all skin types, it’s worth seeking medical advice if you have a known skin condition, such as eczema or psoriasis, and is not suitable to use if you're pregnant.
