feature

The pressure tank has an air pressure regulator, which allows you to easily monitor, adjust and set the air pressure (psi) directly from the air valve on the air regulator. This allows better control, accuracy, and time to maintain the required air pressure. Once set to the required air pressure, the pressure tank will maintain that air pressure throughout the curing process. This pressure tank can and will maintain air pressure (psi) for hours, even days. If the air pressure in the pressure tank drops for any reason, the air pressure regulator will automatically allow air pressure to enter the pressure tank to maintain the predetermined air pressure. This leads to a higher quality of the final product

put up

Includes: a 6-quart dental pressure tank with lid, lid gasket, adjustable air pressure regulator with 1/4 inch male quick release connector and barometer, an air pressure relief valve, and a safety overpressure window on the side of the lid. A 10-foot coiled 12psi air hose with a 1/4-inch male quick release connector on one end and a 1/4-inch female quick release connector (coupler) on the other end, which allows direct access from Your compressor is quickly connected to a pressure tank, operating instructions, and shipping box at the other end. Internal dimensions: 8 1/2 inches wide x 6 1/2 inches high.

Instructions

Warning: Please pay attention to the following points. Otherwise it will cause an explosion and other dangers.
1. When using, do not put the pressure cooker with lid on the stove or other high temperature places.
2. Do not use heat pressurization when there is air pressure inside.
3. When using, the air pressure should not exceed 30Psi
4. Remember to take care of it during use
5. Do not open the cover when there is air pressure inside.

For security reasons, we recommend that you follow the steps below. In addition, it is recommended that you use a small amount of acrylic as a test run when testing these steps for the first time. This will ensure you understand the seven steps and guide you through the process.
1. Pay attention to adjusting the air pressure valve, the arrow pointing to the left is negative, and the right is positive. Pull out the valve and unlock it. When pushed, the valve is locked. Turn the air control valve counterclockwise or negative to stop. Connect the tail hose of the quick coupling connection device to adjust the pressure cooker, and the other side is directly connected to the quick coupling of the pressure cooker. , Press lightly on each end to make sure they are firmly connected. Make sure that the compressor can be used when it is turned on and is not covered on the pressure cooker.
2. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pressure cooker. Put it on a stove without a lid. Heat to a suitable temperature or use pre-heated water.
3. Take the pressure cooker out of the stove, put something in, and carefully cover the lid (refer to point 4). Note: Once the pot is sealed, do not put it on the stove or heating container, because it may explode due to excessive pressure.
4. Cover carefully:
Put the lid on the pressure cooker. There is an upward arrow at the bottom of the lower handle, and the other arrow is on the edge 1.5 feet to the left of the lid handle. Align the two arrows, press the lid down, and turn one handle toward the other until both are closed. The pot is now sealed and put into use
5. Turn the valve air pressure (PSI) clockwise or adjust it to a positive value for the supply pressure until the air pressure reaches the desired value. If you need to release the air, just turn it counterclockwise. You can adjust left and right until you reach the required air pressure. As a quick way to release air pressure, you can also press the red button on the lid handle. Do not exceed 30 pounds, otherwise it may cause an explosion and loss of life.
6. Allow the corrective device to be used within the time recommended by the manufacturer
7. When finished, turn the valve counterclockwise or negative to release the pressure, or press the red air pressure regulating valve on the handle. Before opening the lid, make sure you have relieved the pressure.
8. Turn on the sterilizer:
After cooling down, the red button on the handle will fall into the handle. Do not open the lid until the red button is fully lowered to the handle. Open the pressure cooker, take out the straightener, disconnect the hoses at both ends, and clean the pressure tank. You can repeat steps 1 to 8 now.

Note: If you buy a pressure cooker with an adjustment and auxiliary pressure gauge, the pressure gauge will ensure the accuracy of the values in the pot. As a pneumatic machine with two pressure gauges, two pressure gauges are used. The second pressure gauge ensures that the value of the first pressure gauge is more accurate after it is stable
