If the protocol is not supported, the indicator light will turn red.

Blade replacement steps

1. Criteria for blade replacement: Visually inspect the blade edge if it is chipped or deformed, or the cutting is more laborious and the cutting effect is not as good as before.

2. Before replacing the blade, be sure to confirm that the power supply has been cut off. The quickest way is to unplug the power cord and the replacement work can only begin after the indicator light goes out.

3. If you need to replace the blade during the cutting process, please wait for the blade and ultrasonic vibrator to cool down and cut off the power supply before replacing to avoid burns.

4. Use a hexagonal wrench to remove the fastening screw in the direction of rotation as shown in the figure, and take out the old blade. Please be careful not to scratch your fingers during the operation.

5 Insert the new blade into the slot of the blade fixing block. Note that the blade must be inserted into the bottom of the slot. Also, pay attention to the direction of the cutting edge of the blade. Please refer to the illustration for the cutting edge direction. Follow the illustration.

Tighten the fastening screw in the direction of rotation, and the tightening torque is approximately 50cN·m. If the blade fixing screw is loose, the blade may fly out and cause injury. And it may cause poor cutting effect, malfunction, etc.
